Mountain Biking
MIAS Mountain Biking Courses
We run MIAS Mountainbike Instructor Award Scheme level 1 and 2 instructional qualification courses in the the South West, Wales and the French Alps. These are delivered on an individual basis or closed courses of outdoor centres.
MIAS Level 1
MIAS Level 1 covers basic Mountain Biking instruction on paths and trails, lagalities and covers basic trackside maintenance.
MIAS Level 2
MIAS Level 2 covers more in-depth instruction, judgement and maintenance in more technical off-road terrain.
